Hall of Fame Nomination
The Chicago Tennis Hall of Fame was created by the Chicago Tennis Patrons Inc. (now Serve & ReturnChicago) on August 23, 2004.
The purpose is to honor members of the Chicagoland area who have contributed to the community and children through the game of tennis.
Contributions may be as a player, coach, administrator, volunteer or in another manner that has benefitted the community and children.
Nominations are not currently being accepted.
